Your due date of July 12, 2004 is noted for documentation. <br />Holcim is contacting Mr. Paul Thompsen, Retired Holcim Mine Engineer for his input on the <br />activities listed in the Stipulations 1-5. <br />It appears that Holcim has complied with these Stipulations, but we want to interview Mr. <br />Thompsen in order to be complete and accurate. <br />Mr. Thompsen will be meeting with us the week of June 14s'. <br />We appreciate all your efforts.
