The azeas <br />included in this request aze the Sunnyside Basin/Lake Emma area, Terry Tunnel azea, <br />Disposal and Borrow area near Animas River and Tailings Pond No.4 area. <br />This submittal requests bond reduction credit for reclamation work Sunnyside has <br />completed. <br />The areas are discussed below: <br />Sunnyside Basin/Lake Emma area: <br />Monitoring & Maintenance for the Washington Pit and Sunnyside Pit areas. <br />These areas are no longer in Sunnyside's permit azea. <br />Lake Emma area. <br />The material stockpiled for final cover of the Lake Emma azea has been placed <br />and the area planted with the Lake Emma seed mix. Establishment of vegetation <br />has started. <br />The remaining tasks in the Lake Emma area are: <br />Monitoring and maintenance. <br />Re-contour constructed roads. <br />Most of the roads have been removed with the only remaining one being the main <br />passage through the site. San Juan County is interested in this road remaining. <br />
