Bull Seep and the replacement of the Bull Seep Slough as it was before. The permit <br />will include requirements for mitigation if trees and wetlands die. <br />20. Ken McIntosh outlined a plan suggesting cutting back the Bull Seep Slough banks <br />and using the fill material in the channel. He mentioned he would contact Al Frei [o <br />discuss using the same approach along the Hazeltine Pit side. Bryan mentioned that <br />laying back the Slough banks and revegetating them has always been part of the plan <br />to stabilize the existing Slough. <br />21. Jeff Schwarz reiterated that Lafarge is only committed to constructing the Bull Seep <br />Slough drop structure to elevation _5023.0 for financial reasons. Bryan Kohlenberg <br />added that the UD&FCD is committed a maximum of $90,000 towards work on <br />restoring the Bull Seep Slough. He suggested Lafarge cost out the structure and <br />provide him with the results. <br />22. Jeff Schwarz provided a summary of items to be addressed for the next meeting. <br />i. Use the task Force recommendation of elevation 5024.0 for the Bull Seep <br />Slough Drop crest elevation and cost out the alternatives (5024 vs. 5023). <br />ii. The general drainage plan presented today will be given to the DMG with the <br />intent that the Bull Seep Slough Drop crest elevation tnay change. <br />23. Jeff added that other issues still remain with the Adams County Commissioners. <br />Marc Pedrucci (Adams County) stated that Easement A should be acceptable to the <br />County. <br />24.
