Operator has posted reclamation bond with DOE. The <br />DOE bond exceeds DMG reclamation cost estimation. Therefore, pursuant to Rule 4.2.1(8), DMG holds $100 <br />financial warranty. DOE bond is being reduced from $31,000.00 to $6,000.00. DMG current reclamation cost <br />es6ma6on is $5,416.00.
