Notice of the proposed decision will be published as soon as <br />possible. The first publication will initiate the thirty day public comment <br />period for the Division's decision. <br />Colowyo Coal Company must amend their bond to reflect an increase in the <br />amount of $15,254,469.00. The permit revision will not become final until the <br />bond is approved by the Division.
