Other Alternatives Considered But Eliminated From Detailed <br />Analysis <br />Approval of the Proposed Mining Plaa Modification with <br />Special Federal Conditions. -. <br />No special Federal conditions are required to satisfy the <br />requirements of Federal laws, Executive orders, and <br />regulations, and the analysis of approval without special <br />Federal conditions did not result in the identification of <br />any impacts that could or should be mitigated beyond that <br />mitigation proposed in the PAP and by Colorado MLRD's <br />conditions of approval. <br />C. NEPA Section 102(2)(E) Alternatives <br />This proposed action does not involve unresolved conflicts <br />concerning alternative uses of available resources. <br />Therefore, consideration of alternatives pursuant to section <br />102(2)(E) of NEPA, 42 U.S.C. 4332(2)(E), is not required. <br />7 <br />
