Employee Training <br />Training of personnel is conducted annually to educate employees, at all levels of responsibility, <br />about the components and objectives of the storm water management plan for the site. <br />The training scope will include the following topics: <br />Spill Prevention <br />Spill Response <br />Good Housekeeping Techniques <br />Materials Management <br />Sediment & Erosion Prevention <br />Definition of Process Water <br />Best Management Practices in Place and Proper Maintenance <br />While operations aze conducted on site, it will be the responsibility of the site manager or <br />operator in chazge to train appropriate on-site personnel so that the goals of the SWMP are <br />achieved. <br />Vazious other types of environmental training aze conducted at different levels of the site <br />management. Environmental Training topics are produced for `tailgate' meetings to discuss site- <br />specific environmental management. Site managers participate in a number of internal and <br />industry management meetings where environmental pollution control, regulations, and <br />responsibilities aze discussed. <br />Records of personnel training conducted, including personnel in attendance, date of training, and <br />scope of training are available through the facility manager. <br />Riverbend <br />Storm Water Management Plan <br />Page I S of 19 <br />
