This phenomenon <br />has also been well documented in the reclamation literature, most notably with <br />Gambel's oak, chokecherry, and snowberry, and is the basis for CDMG's endorsement <br />of "live handling" of topsoil material. <br />Summary <br />An on-site investigation of the Lone Pine development waste pile facility on August 30, <br />1995 did not identify contamination of native undisturbed topsoil materials by <br />development waste or other foreign material, as alleged by CDMG in NOV C-95-016. <br />.~ <br />-3- <br />
