Construction Materials Reclamation Conversion
On June 22, 2007, the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety received your 112 Construction Materials
Reclamation Conversion Permit Application (CN-Ol) package for the I{rehmeyer Pit #2, File No. M-2005-070.
C.R.S. 34-32.5-110(5)(a) of the Colorado Land Reclamation Act for the Extraction of Construction Materials requires an
operator to hold a 1 l Oc permit for two consecutive yeazs or more before the per3nit be converted into a 112c Construction
Materials Permit. Division records indicate that the I lOc Permit was issued to Ritcheys' Redi-Mix Concrete, Inc. on
January 26, 2006. The operator has held the permit for less than two years. The operator may do one of the following;
o Withdraw the 112c Conversion Application and resubmit the application as a New 112c Application, or
o Withdraw the 112c Conversion Application and re-file the application after January 26, 2008.
Failure to respond will result in the application being denied. If the operator wishes to have the Division apply the
application fee to a future submittal, please state so in writing. Please keep in mind that application fees will increase
effective July 1, 2007, so new fees will apply after that date.
