PERMANENT MAN-MADE STRUCTURES EXHIBIT S <br />The following is an inventory of man-made structures within 200 feet of the permit azea. All of these <br />structures are shown on Map C-1. <br />a) CDOT owned Highway 9 and ROW fence on both sides of Highway 9. <br />b) Power poles along east side of Highway 9 owned by Xcel Energy. <br />c) Parking area and storage yazd for Town Hall of Alma <br />d) metal and Concrete Bridge under Middle Fork of South Platte for Highway 9, owned by CDOT. <br />e) Columbia Ditch, owned by Ducommun Business Trust <br />f) Colorado Springs 36" buried water pipeline, owned by City of Colorado Springs <br />g) Town of Alma Wastewater Treatment Plant <br />h) Compacted dirt access road (24' width), immediately south of permit area, leading to the residential <br />development north and west of permit known as Breckenridge Mountain Estates. This road is owned <br />by the Ducommun Trust but a ROW has been given to the development. <br />i) 16" culvert under Highway 9 owned by CDOT. <br />j) Old abandoned 42" iron culvert in South Platte River ai old access east of Town Hall. Culvert is <br />owned by the Trust. <br />A fishing ROW has also been granted to the public through the State of Colorado Game and Fish <br />Commission by the Ducommun Business Trust for walk-in only for a width of 33 feet on either side <br />of the centerline of the South Platte River on the site. <br />Alma Placer 7103 88 <br />
