D.9 Ancillary Facilities <br />• <br />Sections D.10.1 Haul Roads, D.10.2 Power Supply, D.10.4 Office <br />and Shop, D.10.5 Fuel Storage and D.10.6 Sanitary and Solid Waste <br />Disposal remain unchanged from the approved permit. <br />The water supply information discussed in Section D.10.3 of <br />the approved permit remains unchanged. A water source has been <br />obtained for the project and the appropriate permits necessary to <br />use the water for the San Luis Project have been filed. Details on <br />the project water source are contained in Exhibit G of this <br />amendment. <br />The security will be as described in Section D~.10.7 of the <br />approved permit. The tailings disposal area will be fenced with a <br />standard four foot high barbed wire stock fence for tMe protection <br />• of livestock. The collection ditch system and collection pond will <br />be fenced with a seven foot high stock fence to protect livestock <br />and to minimize potential damage to the exposed liner. <br />D.10 Pro.iect Work Force <br />The project work will remain the same as presented in the <br />approved permit. <br />D.11 Accidents and Emeraencv Response <br />The tailings facility and mill have been designed as a closed <br />system. In the unlikely event of a spill in the mill the solutions <br />would be collected and contained within the mill.
