The Division <br />surveying error that needs letter agrees. Revised Mine <br />correcting. Progress Map was submitted <br /> 4/8/94. <br />12. Basin should disclose extraction 2/25/94 Addressed. The Division <br />thickness beyond that currently letter agrees. The Division believes <br />anticipated, for the purpose of this should be stipulated as a <br />confirming subsidence requirement of the permit. <br />calculations. <br />13. An agreement between Basin, 4/5/94 Addressed. The Division <br />Raton West and Las Animas letter disagrees.
