Long <br />Division Director <br />Please be advised that on March 1, 2002, Parkerson Construction Co., whose address and telephone number are <br />710 S. 15th St., Grand )unction, CO 81501; (970) 242-8134, submitted a request for partial acreage release for <br />the 32 Road Pit, Permit No. M-1985-219. The construction materials extraction operation is located at or near <br />Section 23, Township 1S, Range lE, UEth Prime Meridian, in Mesa County. <br />Written comments or objections to the release may be submitted to, and additional information obtained from, the <br />Division of Minerals and Geology, 1313 Sherman Street, Room 215, Denver, Colorado 80203, (303) 866-3567. <br />Comments or objections should be submitted as soon as possible. The Division is required to wait 15 days after <br />the release decision is made to allow for comments or objections. <br />
