A separate request letter is submitted herewith to address the proposed boundary <br />change through a proposal for a Technical Revision to the Permit. <br />Enclosed for your files are two signed copies of the updated map submitted with the Annual <br />Report to the Division's Denver office (sorry you did not get a file copy of the map - I <br />assumed that one of the two copies I submitted would end up at the Durango office). <br />Corrective Actions <br />Thank you for returning the "preliminat}~' map I had provided for review. <br />The remaining Corrective Action of marking permit boundary corners in the field can be <br />completed upon approval of the proposed Technical Revision to modify the Permit boundary. <br />Also following approval of the Technical Revision, the Operator will finalize the site <br />reclamation map. <br />
