Long <br /> Division Director <br />Re: Howe Pit, Technical Revision Approval, Permit No. M-1978-052, Revision No. TR-1 <br />Deaz Mr. Bollig: <br />On Mazch 7, 2002 the Division of Minerals and Geology conditionally approved the Technical Revision <br />application submitted to the Division on Mazch 7, 2002, addressing the following: <br />Revised Drainage Control Plan <br />The terms of Technical Revision No. 1 approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into Permit No. M-1978- <br />052. <br />The conditions of the Division approval aze noted below. Please note that all other provisions of Permit No. M- <br />1978-052 remain in full force and effect. <br />Stipulation No.l Description <br />The operator will submit a revised reclamation cost for the entire Howe Pit by April 12, 2002 which <br />includes the installation costs of any components of the revised drainage control plan which were not <br />installed as of March 31, 2002. <br />The estimated liability amount for the Howe Pit will be reevaluated on April 12, 2002.
