P.O. Box 1568, Cortez, CO 81321-1568; [phone], filed an Amendment application to M-1990-025,
Gardner Pit No 2a, which is located at or near Section 18, Township 37N, Range 14W, 6th Prime Meridian, in
Montezuma County. The application decision is scheduled for September ] 1, 2002.
