Lung <br />Dieision Dire<br <br />RE: Triantos Gravel Pit, Permit No. M-78-304, Withdrawal of Reason-to-Believe Letter <br />Lemoine Gravel Pit, Permit No. M-79-140, Withdrawal of Reason-to-Believe Letter <br />Antelope Hill Gravel Pit, Permit No. M-78-172, Withdrawal of Reason-to-Believe Letter <br />Dear Mr. Kolman: <br />Upon review of Delta County's January 6, 1998 explanations of the self-reported non-compliance <br />issues, at the three sites listed above, and review of the Board ordered Action Plan Report dated <br />December 24, 1997, the Division has determined that the non-compliance issues were identified and <br />reported while carrying out Board ordered corrective actions and that these items should not be <br />brought to the Board as additional possible violations. Therefore, the Division is withdrav:ing the <br />December 8, 1997 Reason-to-Believe letters for these three operations. Delta County is requested to <br />appear before the Mined Land Reclamation Board at the January 28-29, 1998 Board Meeting and <br />make a presentation of the Action Plan Report to the Board.
