MCC's payment of the assessed civil penalty for the Notice <br />of Violation has also been received and placed into escrow. I am writing to <br />inform you that the requested hearing has been placed on the agenda for the <br />February Board meeting. That meeting is scheduled for February 23-24, 2000 <br />and will occur in Room 318 at 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, CO.
