<br />Phase I Bond Release <br />Follow Up Inspection <br />2 <br />Marr Strip Mine <br />c-so-oob <br />the 720 Pit area. Specifically excluded from the current Phase I bond release request are <br />the areas previously referred to as "pre-law" reclamation Marr Strip, the office and <br />facilities area, the Tipple loadout, and Pit 1. <br />As stated above, this follow up inspection will be limited to the 720 Pit area and will <br />focus on Phase I adequacy issues previously identified during the 5/12/94 inspection and <br />in the review process of TR-12.
