I specifically address your attention to - .
paragraph 2 n Mr. Gerity's.report - "the house may be
at least 20 ft closer to the mine workings.than the '.

IF MY HOUSE IS AT LEAST 2O FEET CLOSER TO THE MZHE, .
then by the admissions of DMG, my house is CLEARLY within
the area of subsidence..- 3.62.5 - 20 342.5 thus.' the'...'.'
