exhaust fan as the mine has not installed any cattle
guards to protect our stock and ve have no assurance
that the fumes will not effect our animals. The site
was not fenced off as the mine promised.
I have not addressed any of Mr. Hernandez's assertions
regarding the mine exhaust or water well. I believe his
ramblings and pass the buck routine speak for itself.

copying Director Anne Shields as directed by Mr. Hagen.
