EXHIBIT 17- ---REVISION TO RECLAMATION PLAN <br />The site to be reclaimed would be used as a winter ground windbreak for a winter sheep feeding <br />operation. The depth io be tweive feet below the ground surface. <br />The affected mining area would be sloped to a 3 to 1 slope around the inside perimeter of the <br />area An access road to the ground surface would be established on the southwest end of the <br />permit boundary. <br />Re-vegetation woald be established by using Welber Hona:s and Gardens High Tmffic grass seed <br />mixture. This grass seed is sun, drought, disease and cold tolerant. "This mixture is very durable. <br />'Che contents are Sonata Perennial Rygrass-pure seed percentage 39°/q Shining Star Perermial <br />Rygrass-34.00%, Boreal Red Fescue - 14.50%, Kenbiue Kentucky Bluegrass-9.40%. There is no <br />noxious weed seed in this grass mixture. Area to be re-vegetated will be deep tiAed to break up <br />the soil prior to seeding. Broadcast seeding would be az a ration often pounds pet acre ofthe <br />proposed seed mixture. ~ <br />The analyzed weeds that are present will be sprayed as to keep them under control.
