The violation was based on the Division's inability to locate the <br />required monitoring data (annual reports) in our files. If you can provide <br />evidence within 10 daiys that monitoring has been performed as required, the <br />Division may vacate this violation. <br />It should be noted that monitoring schedule set forth in Stipulation No. 3, <br />which calls for monthly and quarterly sampling, remains in effect for Trinidad <br />Basin Mine.
