IV) EXHIBIT E RECLAMTION PLAN <br />1) The Reclamation plan for the Amended area remains as was approved for <br />the rest of the permit area, which is unlined pond with limited wild life <br />habitat. However, during the original approval, the operator was not <br />required to provide an adequate WEED CONTROL Plan, for both during <br />mining and reclamation of the site. In conjunction with Rule 3.1.10 (6) <br />and the weed control policy of July 17, 1998 (Revisited February 14, 2002 <br />& October 28, 2002, all operators are required to submit a weed control <br />plan. Please provide a weed control plan that complies with the above <br />requirement. <br />V) EXHIBITS F THRU H ADEQUATE <br />VI) EXHIBIT L RECALAMTION COST <br />1) Please provide the cost of the weed control plan so the Division can <br />Calculate the needed warranty for the site. <br />VII) EXHIBITS N THRU R ADEQAUTE <br />VIII) EXHIBIT S Permanente Man Made Structures <br />t) The operator states, owners of permanent Man- made structures within <br />200 feet of the mining boundaries remain unchanged from the original <br />permit. However, under EXHIBIT C, mining plan map of affected lands, the <br />operator states "The only change to the pre- mining information for the <br />property, including adjacent property owners, man- made structures with in <br />200 feet of the mine area, natural features etc., is one change in ownership, <br />of a property within 200 feet of the mining limit". Please explain the <br />discrepancy. <br />The decision date for the application is Apri12, 2003.
