<br />ORDER <br />THEREFORE IT IS HEREBY ORDERED <br />That Respondent's Certificate of Authority be summarily suspended pending the <br />hearing described 'Herein to determine whether Respondent's Certificate of Authority <br />should be further suspended or revoked. During the period of suspension Respondent <br />shall not solicitor issue new or renewal insurance business in Colorado. Respondent <br />shall also service any existing policies of insurance issued to persons residing in <br />Colorado. <br />HEARING AND NOTICES OF CHARGES <br />Respondent has the right to a hearing, and at that hearing to be represented by <br />counsel, to present evidence in its behalf, to cross-examine the witnesses, and to rebut <br />evidence presented by the Division of Insurance. Should Respondent desire to <br />schedule a hearinc into this matter, Respondent shall do so by making written <br />application to the Colorado Commissioner of Insurance. At the hearing, Respondent <br />will be required to show cause why the suspension of its Certificate of Authority should <br />not be continued or why such certificates should not be revoked based on alleged <br />deficiencies as contained in the aforementioned Findings. <br />Dated this ~5~"~ day of ~/~v~ , 2001 <br />W' tam J.
