CO 80203 <br />RE: Reclamation liability release <br />Permit M-77-302 <br />Dear Ms. Pickford, <br />Colorado Lien Company, a division of Pete Lien & Sons, Inc. (PLS) operates the Owl Canyon <br />Quarry under the reclamation permit # M-77-302. During a recent inspection of another PLS <br />site, Mr. Kisner of Colorado Lien Company discussed with you the possibility of reclamation <br />release of two areas at the Owl Canyon Quarry. You were kind enough to accompany Mr. <br />Kisner to look at these areas and evaluate the possibility of reclamation release.
