On June 19, 2003 the Division of Minerals and Geology approved the Amendlnem application submitted to the Division
on March 21, 2003, addressing the following:
Expand Phase I mining area.
The terms of the Amendment 1Vo. 1 approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into Pemlit No. M-2000-049.
The conditions of the Division approval are noted below. Please note that all other provisions of Permit
No. M-2000-049 remain in full force and effect.
