The Refill <br />Rigln will t-ot be used in cotljunction with the Reservoir capacity <br />(24,000 a.f.) which is allocated for the supply of water to the <br />Denier Board of Water Commissioners under Applicant's <br />contractual relationship with Denver, or the Reservoir capacity <br />(6,l)DO Ali whkh u allocated for Colorado River endangered fish <br />releases. <br />b. guedi Reservoir. The River District holds Contracts No. 009D6C0111, <br />tX19D6C0118, end 039F6000i 1 from the United States Bureau of <br />Reclamation for 1,730 acre feet of annual supply from Ruedi Reservoir and <br />may obtain additional contracts in the futon. This water will be used in <br />addition to and substitution for Wolford Mountain Reservoir water in <br />appropriate circutnstanws where Ruedi water ie physicalty equivalent to <br />Woiford water. The decree descriptions of Ruedi Reservoir's water rights <br />follow. <br />(i) Ruedi Reservoir was decreed in the Garfield County District Court <br />in Civil Action No. 4613 for domestic, municipal, irrigation, <br />indas~arial, generation of electrical energy, stock watetiag and <br />piscatorial uses, with an appropriation date of July 29, 1957. By <br />subsequent order of the Water Cottrt entered in Case No. W-789- <br />76, the daxeed amount of this reservoir has been fixed at 102,369 <br />acre feet. Ruedi Reservoir is located in Sections 7, 8, 9, 11 and <br />14 through 18, T. 8 S., R. 84 W., 6th P.M., in Eagle and Pitkin <br />Counties, and derives its water supply from the Fryingpan River. <br />In Case No. 88CW85, the Ittii amount was made absolute. <br />(2) By decree of the Water Court in Case No. 81CW34 Ruedi <br />.
