The Colorado River Water Cot3servatian District ("River <br />District") owns end controls ware supplies through its Colorado River Water <br />projects Enurprise that are available for wmracting under the Enterprise's Water <br />Matkoting Policy. The River District's sour4xe ere described below. Applicant <br />holds existing contracts for delivery of the River District's Eagle River Supply <br />and ColOradO River Supply. The total contract requiroment is 15.3 acre- <br />feetfyear, which includes 1.4 acre-feettyear for transit Iosses. The allocation of <br />sources is 12.3 acre-feet of Colorado River Supply and 3.0 acre-feet of Eagle <br />River Supply.
