Received comments from Hogan & Hartson on behalf of <br />Sleep Lion Ranch d/b/a Baz-A-Ranch, LLC, ER Ranch, LLC, Alfred Fisher, Egeria Park, LLC and Cazl <br />Luppens. <br />• 3une 13, 2006; received comments via fax from R Gary and Valerie Mesch. <br />STAFF RECOMMENDATION <br />In the past, the Board has directed the staff to make sure that any operator asking the Board for reconsideration <br />after the 365-day period has lapsed to do two things prior to the reconsideration hearing. First, the applicant <br />must have posted an approvable bond to cover the reclamation cost. Second, the applicant must have done all <br />renotifications in accordance with the applicableprovisions of Rule 1.6. <br />Staff recommends that the King Mountain Sand & Gravel CN-Ol Application, File M-1978-314 be continued to <br />the September 13-14, 2006 MLRB hearing in order for new issues to be considered by staff. In addition, staff <br />recommends that the Boazd adopt the suggested timeframes in order to address new issues raised by the objectors. <br />
