CD1C 246344 - QhC 246350. <br />Affirted in part, set aside in part. <br />Mining Claims: Generally--Mining Claims: Canton Vari- <br />eties of Minerals: Generally <br />Limestone suitable for use in the manufacture of <br />cement, metallurgical or chettical. grade limestone, <br />gypstmi, and the like are not "camm~ varieties." <br />Although a deposit of limestone may have physical <br />properties that make it amenable to those uses, it <br />will still be considered a camm~ variety if it is <br />marketable for use only in the same way that orri;narv <br />varieties of the mineral are used. <br />2.
