Request for Summary Dismissal <br />Pitkin Iron respectfully requests summary dismissal of Contest 763, pursuant to the <br />provisions of 43 C.F.R. § 4.450-5(a) on the basis that the Complaint fails to meet all <br />requirements of 43 C.F.R. § 4.450-4(a), therefore, summary dismissal is required.
