Long <br />Division Dlrxror <br />On November 19, 1993, the Division received Ten-Day Notice (TDN) X-93-020-190-06-TV-2. <br />On November 22, 1993, the Division provided an initial response to the Albuquerque Field <br />Office. On November 29, 1993, the Division provided an additional response. <br />On December 13, 1993, the Division received a response from AFO indicating that Part 1 of the <br />TDN had been satisfied, and that Part 2 would be satisfied upon assurance that Basin <br />Resources complied with the existing abatement deadlines for Colorado NOV C-93-042. <br />Please find enclosed a copy of our inspection report of December 14, 1993, verifying the <br />operator's compliance with the abatement deadline established for NOV C-93-042. Please also <br />find enclosed our termination notice dated December 14, 1993 for this particular NOV. <br />We believe this concludes our requirements for fully satisfying Part 2 of this TDN.
