BOX 388 Division Director <br /> Natural Resource Trustee <br />Fairplay, CO 80440 <br />Re: Snowstorm Placer, Permit No. M-1983-084, Technical Revision Approval, Revision No. TR-3 <br />Dear Mr. Barnes: <br />On March 12, 2007 the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety approved the Technical Revision application <br />submitted to the Division on February 13, 2007, addressing the following: <br />Inclusion of a concrete facility and an asp&alt plant onsite as part of the mining plan. <br />The terms of the Technical Revision No. 3 approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into Permit No. M-1983- <br />084. All other conditions and requirements of Permit No. M-1983-084 remain in full force and effect. <br />The current liability in the amount of $259,844.00 should still be adequate, despite the change to the mining plan, in that <br />the proposed facilities ace portable.
