Mr. Savage cited inaccessibility of the <br />Northwest Sediment Trap, due to climatic conditions, in his request for the extension. The <br />Division fords that this request is reasonable and within the limits of Rule 5.03.2(c)(iv), and will <br />therefore honor Sun's request. The due date for abatement of the violation has been extended <br />to May 29, 1994. I have enclosed a copy of the Extension of Time for Abatement notice signed <br />by Michael B.
