Agreement with United Power on any damages to their facilities. <br />As we are now setting back 200' from 104' Avenue, the only applicability of this agreement <br />would be to the abandoned power poles along the ditch. <br />2. Revised Exhibit R demonstrating I left a copy of all the changes in the application at the <br />County Gcrk and Recorders Office. <br />As soon as you get your list of items or issues still needing resolution before proceeding with issuance <br />o£the application, I will get back to you with a decision on another continuance. however, as I said <br />on the phone, Aggregate Industries would prefer the three stipulations we talked about, as the critical <br />item for them at this point is not proceeding with mining, but proceeding with the dischazge of silt <br />water into the lake. <br />01 <br /> <br />
