Therefore, this Order is issued pursuant to <br />Rule 5.03.3(5). <br />If, within 30 days after service of the Order, you file with the Division a Response to Show Cause <br />Order and a written Request for Review of Show Cause Order, a Formal Public Hearing, pursuant <br />to Rule 5.03.5(3), will be scheduled before the Mined Land Reclamation Board.
