is located at or near Section 3, Township 45N, Range 8W, IOth Prime Meridian, in Ouray County. The application
decision is scheduled for June 23, 2003.
A copy of the application is available for review at the Ouray County Clerk & Recorder's office and at the office of
the Division of Minerals and Geology, Room 215, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado 80203.
