The TDN response Was reviewed and found to be appropriate by the <br />issuance of NOV #C-89-018. <br />The errors that you noted concerning the dates of past inspections on <br />the mine are being corrected in our computer. The partial inspections <br />category of Item 29b, MSEIR, will be changed to reflect that the <br />required amount of inspections were completed. Item 5 of the MSEIR <br />supplement will also be changed to reflect that the last State complete <br />inspection was conducted on May 10, 1989, 27 days prior to the oversight <br />inspection.
