NOTICE OF VIOLATION <br />Based upon these same Findings of Fact and in ac ordance <br />with C.R.S. 34-32-129(6), the Colorado Mined Land Recl mation <br />Board hereby finds the Company, Ernest R. Dakolios and Wanda E. <br />Dakolios to be in violation of Permit M-85-036, and C. .S. <br />34-32-124. <br />III.
