The gist of sold conversation was •s follows: 1 indicated to you that 1 had received a call from the Citizen's Advocate Office who had received a call from Mr. Janus. 1 called Mr. Janus, and indicated to h{w that the Spillers matter would be put on the October 2Z-2;, 1980 agenda for a dtscusslon Item for said Bard meeting. 1 later received s call from Ms. Taylor of the Citizen's Advocate Office who had received a call from Mr. Janus saying that the October meeting wee too soon to prepare any mstertal. I stated to Ms. Taylor that we would put the matter of obJactlons to the permit appilcatlon approval on the agenda for dtscusslon at the November 19-20, 1980 Bard meeting. You advised me that you ware filing a lawsuit against the board for Nr. Sadler and that you could not attend said meeting and you believed that neither Mr. Sadler nor Mr. Janus could attend said msettng either, so the item was reeuved from the November westing agenda. You asked the reason for this Ilan being on the agenda foe the November 19- 20, 1980 meeting and 1 advised that It was assuwed that Mr. Janus or Nr.
