The information available to WRCC regarding Mr. Rosenthal's testimony, which was
requested in your August 10, 1995 letter to the Associate Solicitor and your August 9
letter to WRCC, was provided in our August 15 response to you.
5. At the closest point the panel is
about 350 feet from the swcture; at the farthest corner of the panel to the house,
about 500 feet. The range of 300 to 500 feet used in the letter to Senator Gramm was
intended to describe this physical site layout depicted on the map.
6. With respect to your July 13, 1995 letter that was addressed to both WRCC and the
Division of Minerals and Geology, the details of your questions are more appropriate
for a State response.
1 hope this will answer the questions that needed responses.
Sincerely,
Richard J.
