EXHIBIT E IAl -RECLAMATION PLAN
As the characteristics are the same, the Reclamation Plan (Exhibit E) from the
original permit application will be employed in the amended mining area.
Applicable exceptions are listed below as necessary
(2) (d) Separate topsoil and overburden stockpiles are shown on Exhibit F of
the amendment. The available topsoil will be placed such that it will be
preserved and kept organically viable.
(e) Reclamation of the amended area will be done in much the same
manner as with the original mine site. It is anticipated that the bulk of
reclamation will occur at the cessation of mining due to space constraints.
(f) Final grading of the amended area will reflect a gradual 1-2% slope
from east to west as shown on Exhibit F. No pit slopes are anticipated due
to the hill top landform to be mined,
The seeding, fertilization, revegetation, and topsoil depth information is the
same as discussed in the original permit application (Exhibit E).
~! 4 i
FEB 0 7 2007
Division of Rrc~a~~~~~~on,
Mining and Su~~•Y
