RE: Delta Sand and Gravel Pit #3, Enforcement Action, Permit No. M-77-022
Dear Mr. Ripp:
The Division will reschedule both December, 1993 enforcement actions for Pit #3
for the February 23-24, 1994 Board meeting. These will be considered along with
the enforcement action for Pit #1 -Permit No. M-77-020. However, the Division
may consider withdrawal of these items from the February Board meeting if you are
able to provide the following information by January 26, 1994.
1. Reclamation costs for grading and revegetation of Pit #3.
2. Written approval from the Mined Land Reclamation Board indicating
that processing facilities at Pit Nos. 1 and 3 are exempt from the
requirement to have a state reclamation permit.
