C` <br />C: <br />of the dispute. If there is no resolution of the dispute within 30 days of BMRI's notification <br />of such dispute then Contractor may proceed to terminate the contract in accordance with <br />Article 8.2. <br />3.6 All materials and equipment charged to BMRI by Contractor under this <br />Agreement shall be used only for the Work to be performed hereunder. Contractor shall <br />deliver to BMRI at the completion of the Work, all materials and equipment for which <br />BMRI has paid, in the same condition as when acquired, normal wear and tear during <br />authorized use excepted. <br />Article 4 -Contract Documents <br />4.1 The Contract Documents consist of this Agreement and all attac;hed Exhibits, <br />the MOU, the Scope of Work, all Amendments, and all accepted Change Orders. The <br />intent of the Contract Documents is to include all items necessary for the proper execution <br />and completion of the Work. The Contract Documents are complementary, and what is <br />required by any one shall be deemed to be required by all. <br />-9- <br />
