The following specifies the nature of the release request. <br />1. The original permit area located in the NW/4; Sec. 31; T3N; R67W; will be retained <br />by Varra Companies, Inc. This area was originally permitted 26 June 1974 and <br />converted to comply with the 1976 act on 5 December 1980. <br />2. The areas to release include: <br />a. Amendment 2 (permitted 31 August 2003): Located in the E/2SE/4; Sec. 31; <br />T3N; R67W; owned by Nelsons. <br />b. Amendment 1 (permitted 25 July 1985): Located in the NE/4; Sec. 31; T3N; <br />R67W <br />This area was originally owned by the Nelsons and leased by Varra Companies. <br />Mr. Nelson sold a portion of the land to the St. Vrain Sanitation District (SVSD). <br />Maps showing the Amendment 1 and 2 Areas owned by Nelson, and the portion <br />now owned by SVSD, are enclosed. <br />c. SVSD and Nelson are the Owners of Record to the Amended Lands. There <br />addresses are: <br />ST. Amendmet 1 was reseeded and prepared for release, however, the landowner has <br />proceeded to put the area to his own uses and has requested the Division to release <br />the lands (refer to landowner correspondence. attached).
