equest for one-time extension for Fall, 2006
Dear Erica:
We have received a couple of calls and a letter from Colorado Mazble, and from their consulting geologist, Ken
Klco, requesting aone-time extension of their permitted work tithe for the fall of 2006, allowing them to continue
working until the end of Oct., 2006. We have no problem with this one-time allowance, duc to their inability to get
to the site until just this last week, as long as the work done falls within that outlined by Mt, Klco, namely limiting
operations to daytime only, backfilling, top-soiling, rip-rap production and construction of berms, channel
structures and road repair, with no crushing allowed . These are all things that we wished to see anyway before
production resumes again next summer, and are in support of them getting this work done this fall.
If you have any further questions or comments, please contact us.
Sincerely,
P'"
