RECEIVED <br />JUN ~2 8 2007 <br />EXHIBIT C Division or Reclamation, <br />LOFDAHI, PIT Mining and Safety <br />PRE-MINING AND MINING PLAN MAPS OF AFFECTED LANDS <br />(a) No buildings, oil or gas wells and lines and power or communication lines are <br />located on the area of the affected land nor aze they within two hundred (200) <br />feet of all boundaries of the azea. <br />(b) For the topography of the affected lands see the foIIowing map from the <br />Geological Survey. <br />(c) The total azea of the affected land is 28.2 acres (see the Pre-mining Map, the <br />area previously mined is approximately 8.5 acres, the "Amendment" is 19.6 <br />acres; the mined azea will be approximately 17.6 acres. <br />(e) The present vegetation in the affected lands consists mainly of native grasses <br />and miscellaneous forbs; see the attached letter from the Naturat Resources <br />Conservation Services in Exhibit J. <br />(g) The only man-made structure within two hundred (200) feet of the <br />boundaries of the affected lands is a stock tank located 202 feet west <br />of the west pit boundary and 268 feet south of the haul road. Mining <br />activities will have little or no effect on this tank. <br />3 <br />
