PUBLIC NOTICE Whitewater Building Materials Corp. has filed an amendment to and application for a Reclamation Permit with the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board under the provisions of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Act. The proposed mine is known as the Whitewater Pit 500 and is located in parts of Sections, 10, 11, 15, and 16, Township 2 South, Range 1 East, Ute Principal Meridian and parts of Sections 28 and 29, Township 12 South, Range 99 West East, 6th Principal Meridian. The proposed date of commencement was 1977 and the proposed date of comple- tion December 2024. The proposed future use of the land is private recre- ation.
