PUBLIC NOTICE <br /> Whitewater Building Materials Corp. has filed an amendment to and application <br /> for a Reclamation Permit with the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board under <br /> the provisions of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Act. The proposed mine <br /> is known as the Whitewater Pit 500 and is located in parts of Sections, 10, <br /> 11, 15, and 16, Township 2 South, Range 1 East, Ute Principal Meridian and <br /> parts of Sections 28 and 29, Township 12 South, Range 99 West East, 6th <br /> Principal Meridian. <br /> The proposed date of commencement was 1977 and the proposed date of comple- <br /> tion December 2024.
