Exhibit S PERMANENT MAN-MADE STRUCTURES
The permanent and man-made structures around the newly
added areas include, fences, powerlines, a municipal water line,
buildings, and wells. The fences are owned by Whitewater Build-
ing Materials Corp. , on the areas north of the river and Unaweep
Charolais Ranches around Stage 2 - Part B. Since this is an
existing operation we have shown that our method of mining has
causes no offsite disturbance due to slope failures . we have
not impacted any manmade structures off the site surrounding or
on the affected land and do not expect to do so in the future.
Prior to mining beginning on the new areas north of Coffman
Road we will supply the Division with an engineering study
showing our mining will not impact structures within 200 feet of
the mining area. In leu of that study we may provide the Divi-
sion with signed agreements or waivers from the owners of those
structures.
28
